Main Base:

The triangular shaped M.S. fabricated base, painted with anti-corrosion paint.

Drive:

The drive unit consist of Motor Clutch Pulleys and Multiple "V" Belts.

Clutch Pulleys:

To reduce the initial heavy load on the Motor and to slow acceleration, the clutch Pulley is provided to increase the efficiency. Power consumption can be reduced by using fluid coupling supplied at additional cost.

Basket:

The rotating Statically and Dynamically balanced basket is made of Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, plain or lined with RUBBER & FRP to suit your requirement.

Suspension of Basket:

The Cast Iron columns in which Pendulum bolts are suspended and are supported in HEAT TREATED Steel Bushings. There is a spring in between each bolt.
